Why should you choose us for your wedding photography & videography?

We’re passionate about capturing the magic of your wedding day! We’ll work closely with you to understand your vision and preferences, ensuring your photos reflect your unique style and personalities. Our approach is unobtrusive and relaxed; we’ll offer helpful advice and guidance while blending seamlessly into your celebration.

Our team consists of four talented photographers & videographers, all dedicated to providing you with exceptional service and stunning images. We even offer a sneak peek of some photos on the wedding day itself!

What makes your photography & videography services different?

We combine the best of photojournalism and traditional photography & videography to document authentic moments, intricate details, and create beautiful portraits. We’re committed to capturing the essence of your day in a natural and timeless way.

We’re perfectionists who strive for excellence in every image. Our editing style is classic and elegant, enhancing your photos & videos without relying on heavy filters or artificial effects.

How much time should we book you for?

Coverage time varies depending on your needs and preferences. Some couples prefer coverage from the moment the bride and groom get ready until the reception, while others opt for shorter durations. We’re happy to discuss your specific requirements and help you choose the package that best suits your celebration.

Our most popular option is the 10 & 12 hours package, which includes extra photographers & videographers as standard. Keep in mind that a dedicated portrait session usually takes around 1.5 to 2 hours.

Do you have experience working with other photographers or videographers?

Absolutely! We’re accustomed to collaborating with other professionals. We understand the importance of teamwork and discretion to ensure everyone can capture the day seamlessly. We’re happy to offer recommendations for videographers we’ve enjoyed working with in the past.

Our venue is quite dark. Will this be a problem?

Not at all! We’re experienced in photography & videography a variety of lighting conditions. We utilize professional lighting techniques to beautifully illuminate your ceremony and reception, ensuring stunning photos even in dimly lit settings.

I’m not comfortable in front of the camera. Can you still capture flattering photos?

Definitely! We believe everyone is photogenic. Our relaxed approach and guidance will help you feel at ease and confident in front of the camera. We can even schedule a complimentary pre-wedding shoot in our studio to help you get comfortable and show you how amazing you look in photos.

Do you always work with a second photographer?

The number of photographers depends on the specific needs of each wedding. Some couples prefer a second photographer for more comprehensive coverage. Our 12 & 10 hours packages includes a second photographer & videographer as standard.

Do I need an extra Shooter for my Wedding?

For big weddings, with more than 200+ guests, we highly recommend adding an extra shooter to your package to ensure parallel coverage of all important moments during the event. 

Especially adding an extra videographer to your package elevates the quality & coverage of your video. 

Will you be joining us for the wedding meal?

Yes, we typically dine with the guests. This allows us to capture candid moments and emotions during the speeches and reception.

We’ve never had professional photos or videos taken before. How can we prepare?

Don’t worry! We have extensive experience guiding couples through the photography & videography process. We’ll provide helpful tips to ensure you feel comfortable and confident. A pre-wedding shoot is a fantastic way to practice and get to know us before the big day.

Do you only photograph weddings in the Netherlands?

While we primarily work in the Netherlands, we’re available for travel worldwide.

When should we book your services?

We recommend booking as soon as possible, as our schedule fills up quickly. Many couples book a year or two in advance.

What’s the booking process?

Simply contact us to schedule an online consultation Video or Audio call. This is an opportunity to get to know each other and discuss your vision for your wedding photography & videography. Once you decide to move forward, we’ll provide a contract and require a 25% deposit to secure your date.

I don’t want my photos and videos on Facebook or Instagram. How do you handle this request?

We respect our client’s privacy. We do not share client’s photos or videos on Facebook & Instagram without their permission. 

Wedding Albums

What sizes of wedding albums are available?

We offer a variety of album sizes, ranging from 25x25cm to 50x50cm. The most popular choice is 35x35cm. Horizontal formats are also available.

Equipment & Accidents

How can we be sure our photos won’t be lost?

We take multiple precautions to safeguard your precious memories. All of our cameras record on 2 memory cards simultaneously. We create instant backups of your photos & videos on the wedding day and store them in multiple secure locations.

What happens if you’re unable to photograph our wedding due to illness?

We have a team of four photographers & videographers, so we can usually provide a replacement photographer if needed. We also have a network of trusted colleagues we can call upon.

What photography & videography equipment do you use?

We use top-of-the-line Canon cameras and lenses for photography & Sony cameras & lenses for Video, known for their exceptional quality, sharpness, and reliability. Our equipment is regularly maintained to ensure optimal performance.

What if your equipment malfunctions on the wedding day?

We bring backup equipment to every wedding to prevent any issues. We carry multiple cameras and lenses to ensure we can continue capturing your day without interruption.

Family & Maternity Photography

Do you offer other photography or videography services?

Yes, we also specialize in family, maternity photography and pre-wedding/engagement shoots.

Do you take family photos at weddings?

Of course! We’re happy to capture beautiful family portraits during your wedding day. We recommend allocating around 25 minutes for this and coordinating with family members beforehand. 

Delivery & Files

What can we do with the digital photo & video files?

You’ll receive all the high resolution digital files from your wedding. You’re welcome to use them for personal purposes, such as sharing on social media or printing. You can even create your own album. However, commercial use or distribution to third parties requires our consent.

When will we receive our photos, videos and album?

You’ll receive your digital photos in 3 to 4 weeks & videos within 8 to 12 weeks, often sooner. Once you’ve chosen your favourite images for the album and approved the design, your album will be ready within 4 weeks. We also offer expedited delivery options if you need your photos sooner.

Can we purchase the unedited photos?

We provide fully edited images that reflect our signature style. However, you can purchase the RAW files three months after receiving your final photos for €500.

What happens if my USB drive with the photos & videos malfunctions or gets lost?

USB drive is a complimentary gift & there is no warranty on it. While we take the utmost care in handling your photos and delivering them on a reliable USB drive, unforeseen circumstances like these can occasionally happen. Here’s what we recommend and can offer:

  • Backup your photos & vidoes: As soon as you receive your USB drive, we strongly encourage you to back up your photos & videos to at least two other locations (e.g., your computer, an external hard drive, or a cloud storage service like Google Drive or OneDrive). This ensures you have a copy of your precious memories in case of any issues with the USB drive.

  • Contact us immediately: If your USB drive malfunctions or gets lost, please contact us as soon as possible. We keep backups of your photos & videos for 12 months after your session date.

  • Recovery options: Depending on when you contact us, we may be able to: Provide you with a new copy of your photos / videos on a replacement USB drive (€50 additional fee for the replacement drive). Or offer digital download options if available.

We understand how important your photos & videos are, and we’ll do our best to assist you in recovering them should any issues arise with the USB drive.
