When booking a photoshoot, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions below.

General
Salma & Omer Photography intends to display everything on the website correctly and completely, no rights can be derived from the information posted on this website. Salma & Omer Photography does not accept any liability for any damage resulting from the use of this site or the use of (image) information provided on this site. Salma & Omer Photography cannot be held liable for material and/or immaterial damage during a photo session on location or in the studio. The photos on www.salmaomerphotography.com may only be used by the owner, Salma Omer. Visitors can view these photos, but are not allowed to use them in any way. By using the services of Salma & Omer Photography in any way, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.

Copyright
The copyright of the photos rests at all times with the photographer of Salma & Omer Photography. The customer gives the photographer permission to use the customer’s photos for promotional purposes on the internet and in printed matter. It is not permitted to place received digital files on the internet in any other processing than that provided by the photographer. After receipt of the digital photo files, the customer has the right to reproduce for his own use. It is not allowed to use files for commercial or non-profit companies. Salma & Omer Photography will keep the digital files resulting from the photo report for at least 3 months as a backup.

Photo session
To make an appointment for a photo session, the photographer always sends a confirmation. The appointment is only final once the photographer has sent a confirmation. If the customer does not agree with the general terms and conditions, he will contact the photographer at least one week before the photo shoot takes place. A Cake Smash Photoshoot, Maternity Photoshoot or Portrait Photoshoot takes an average of 1 hour. A Newborn Photoshoot takes an average of 2 hours. After the photo session, Salma & Omer Photography makes small format images available with watermark in an online gallery. The photos will be placed in an online gallery within 2 weeks. Then the digital photo files can be selected. 

Travel Cost: € 0.35 per km will be charged to customer outside Arnhem, in addition to above Photoshoot charges.

Parking Fees / Entrance Fees to Location: These will be charged to customer based on actuals, in addition to above Photoshoot charges.

If you are dissatisfied with something or don’t like something during a report, you must tell the photographer immediately. That gives her the chance to do something else. Complaints about this afterwards are considered unfounded. It is not allowed to make recordings or to photograph with your own telephone and/or camera during the report.

Photo files
With every photo shoot (exception Weddings), 25 digital JPEG files in High Resolution and without logo or watermark are included in the price. You will receive the selected photos. Additional JPEG files can be ordered up to 3 months after the photo shoot for 10 euros per photo. It is not possible to receive the raw files.

Payment
For Photoshoots, a deposit of 50% must be made after completing the booking form. A partial deposit applies for a Cake Smash photo shoot. Additional photo files or products that are ordered after the photo shoot must be paid afterwards via a new payment link. Products, such as a preview and/or link to the gallery, will only be delivered once payment has been received. Unless stated otherwise, the prices include VAT and exclude travel costs.

Gift cards and discount coupons
Discount coupons are not valid in combination with promotions / offers. Gift vouchers are only available at Salma & Omer Photography and are valid up to and including 1 year after issue date and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift vouchers cannot be returned. A gift voucher is not transferable. Gift vouchers are valid for the photo session or products for which they were issued, as stated on the gift voucher.

Cancellation Policy
In case of illness, it is possible to reschedule an appointment free of charge at least 24 hours prior to the photo shoot. In the event of cancellation of a booked photo shoot by the customer, the photographer will charge 25% of the agreed total price. It is possible with a newborn shoot that the appointment cannot take place due to a premature birth or a bad situation of the mother and / or baby, then of course no costs are involved. If Salma & Omer Photography cannot meet the appointment due to illness, for example, it will be agreed with you free of charge at another time. If, for example, a technical malfunction in the equipment, the appointment cannot take place, Salma & Omer Photography will make another appointment with you free of charge and give you a 20% discount.

Liability
Salma & Omer Photography is not liable for any damage that has arisen for the other party. Unless there is gross negligence or intent on the part of the Photographer or persons engaged by her. The liability is in any case limited to the amount of the invoice or, if and insofar as there is an insured damage, to the amount actually paid out under the insurance. Salma & Omer Photography is not liable for color deviations or photo prints with products that are not supplied by it. Salma & Omer Photography is not liable for the delivery of less or less good photos than normal due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond the photographer’s control. Think of children who do not cooperate, instructions that are not followed, weather conditions,
